They overcharged me $263 for shipping and won’t refund it. Months of headache dealing with this. They led me on for so long acting like they’d help, that it passed the 120 day policy for live auctioneers help, and passed my bank window for disputing a charge. Customer service is non-existent. Taking them to small claims court.

Even though my item was picked up at their warehouse, my card was automatically charged for a mystery $360 shipping charge.   Maadson has since been unresponsive to all emails and calls. Working now with LiveAuctioneers (and my bank) for the last couple of months to get my money back. Also took over 3 weeks to locate my item for pickup. Dealing with all of this all since the end of September has been a huge headache. Its now January and I still don't have my refund. This entire transaction has been a nightmare and not worth the time or hassle.

No communication at all! They don’t even have the itrms they sold-total FRAUD! I ‘ bought ’ 3 items in an auction in September & was charged over $1400. I received NOTHING! No merchandise, no correspondence, no replies, no refund. I may sue them for fraud!!

This auction house should be avoided at all costs-i won two items over a month ago-paid for them immediately-Have never received them-even though I have tried to constantly communicate with them. Having to now deal with Live Auctioneers customer service to firstly try and get a response from Maadson gallery-but now just trying to get my money back. If you want a pleasant experience-avoid this auction house
