Items and Prices good, but beware of quality ofshipping

I got great items from this auctioneers. However, the protective wrapping around each item. in the package was severely lacking. It's a miracle that the Lenox candlestitck items each made it in one piece. The were very loosely wrapped in a single thin piece of bubble wrap which was notveven tapped. Likewise with the 2 collectible plates. They each barely were wrapped in some thin bubble paper. Etc. What can I say: great items, some really fun items too, a very eclectic mix, reasonable prices, but very inadequate packing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your concerns. I will send this information to our shipping department. Update: Shipping department used peanuts on bottom, bubble wrapped everything and separated items with packing paper. Nothing was broken. Sorry we did not meet your standards. A 3 star review for receiving everything intact does not seem fair.

Won a ceramic figurine-

and the figurine was super-safely packaged, shipping costs were not unreasonable, and the figurine was quickly shipped. Highly recommended auction house! I'll be following them!
