Very Responsive small business owner
Throughout several technical glitches, Nicole, the owner remained in contact and was very gracious in responding to all my requests and ensuring that I got the product. She followed through and I went above and beyond and remained in contact with me. I greatly appreciated her reassurance and professional demeanor. It was truly a pleasure to do business with her. She has some very unique products and obviously takes great pride and delivering fantastic customer service.

Great buy on classic well made designer bag
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The bag arrived exactly as described and appears to have been very lightly used — honestly, it looks almost new. The leather is soft and beautiful, the emerald green color is even prettier in person, and the hardware is in excellent condition. I usually avoid buying pre-owned handbags because I’m a bit squeamish about used personal items, and I much prefer buying new. I was pleasantly surprised that this bag was perfectly clean with no musty or unpleasant odor at all. It exceeded my expectations. I also felt I got an exceptional value. Vintage designer bags like this offer timeless style without paying today’s luxury retail prices. I love quality craftsmanship, but I don’t enjoy paying inflated prices simply for status. This was the perfect balance of quality, beauty, and value. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!

Item was not as described!
Gucci Bag was described as mint. Rubbing and loss of color on all four bottom corners. Excessive wear to both gussets. Loss of glazing and cracking to opening edges. Shoulder strap was very worn. Handles were mishapen. Grainy photos did not show actual wear.

Didn’t receive the bag, the bag was damaged, yet the pictures inside and out were perfect
So far I have been offered a different bag, 3 emails, one phone call, still no tracking information. Next step I go to dispute. I would not bid on another product from this auctioneer. Extremely negative. It’s not that the bag was unavailable, it’s that the follow-up to correct this situation has been abysmal. They have my money and I have nothing.
