Won item that was never shipped.
Won a $10 item. It wasn't shipped. Messaged Until Then and they said to contact live auctioneers. I contacted live auctioneers and they said to contact Until Then. Got a response that I needed toi contact Live Auctioneers again. I then gave up without recieveing my item. Will not purchase from Until Then ever again.

Customer advised us via email dated 1/16/26 that the shipping was too expensive. “Keep my item.” And “Feel free to list it in one of your other auctions” along with the fact that shipping was never paid for are the reasons the item was not shipped.
