I was highly satisfied with the items I bought at the Nov. 2 auction. traveling the hundred miles to the Auction house to pick up the merchandise was easy as well. I will very likely buy from again depending on the merchandise being offered.

By far the best auction house in live auctions. Everyone was so kind and helpful, unusual in most auction houses.

I had never bid on the internet, but the Arts and Crafts bookshelf was the perfect size. I nervously bid and won. I called the auction house and was given information on payment and shipping. Both of the employees were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The gentleman I spoke with in the shipping department gave me several options for shipping. The gentleman who delivered the bookshelf couldn't have been nicer. He texted me the day before and delivered the bookshelf and brought i into the house. He was just lovely. Every single person I spoke with during this purchase was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. What a pleasure to deal with! Every time I see my bookcase I think of all the nice people I dealt with.

Let me tell you, I received my lot faster than one would think possible and packed so well it could be dropped from "The Star ship Enterprise," and hit earth without damage. All kidding aside, "Premier" is the real deal, bid with confidence. You will be glad you did.

I did not enjoy working with this auction house. Very slow to respond to emails and only responded to one. Did not ship in accordance with my shipping request and the package was left on the doorstep without signature required and allowed to sit there for hours. I only found it by accident. disappointing and will never bid with this auction house again.

Seller never responded to repeated notification of damage to items due to poor packaging by seller.

This was my 1st time bidding through Liveauctioneers & 1st time buying from Premier Auction Galleries. However, I've been buying & selling movie memorabilia & collectibles since 1991. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars; I've sold many more. Point is-I have experience working with other major auction houses. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism not extended to me as a buyer who spent nearly $1, 000 with this company Premier. The items themselves were accurate-a linenbacked vintage 1950 one sheet I paid $400 + fees for and a vintage 1950s lobby card I paid $300 + fees for. The problem is they were packed & shipped together instead of separate packing. The linen backed poster would of course have to be rolled. The lobby card should be packed and shipped FLAT. More so, the card should be bagged and boarded for protection, sandwiched between masonite boards or thick 11x14 corrugated cardboard pads and packed into rigid mailer or shallow document style box. That's how ANY other professional establishment would have shipped these items to me. NOT PREMIER AUCTION GALLERIES. When I requested tracking info they sent me one number. I emailed asking where's the second number? They replied saying both items were in one package. Immediately I raised a concern. Explained everything I said above and said the card is going to arrive curled. May have to now bring to my professional poster restorer and pay to have it heat pressed flat again. NO REPLY. Package arrived-if it was just the linen backed poster, I would have been fine with the packing job for the most part. Sure enough, the fragile lobby card was just rolled, unprotected, with the poster and not only did the card become curled, a small piece of the fragile corner chip broke off. Not happy. I emailed photos to Premier and expressed my disappointment. All they needed to do was apologize and offer a partial credit-I'm a new customer too! CRICKETS. May take years to find a new customer-seconds to lose one.
