Great Experience
This auction house was great with accuracy of the items as well as giving me the ability to pick-up my items in person. Nice items at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this auction house!

Be careful
Items were not described or pictured accurately at all. Children could not use as a walking stick. They are barely prop quality. Extremely disappointing. Emailed about the experience no response.

Premier is Best in Class!
I’ve dealt with numerous auction houses over the years, and Premier is at the very top. Their commissions are reasonable and the service is white glove. Their communications were timely and personable, and made me feel like I was their best customer. A special shout out to Mike and Jesse for answering all of my questions and orchestrating the door to door delivery (and outstanding packaging). Also, kudos to Travis at A Better Mover for the excellent delivery service. Again, I was made to feel like a VIP, and several fragile antique lamps and vases were carefully handled. I would give them 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the top of the scale.

What a wonderful and friendly team!
This is my first and I hope not my last experience with this auction gallery. I have to say that everyone I talked to over the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. When my lot arrived in the mail, it was packed with such precision, it was like a care package from my parents! What an amazingly pleasant experience.

PAG: Cleveland area Auction House with great prices
I was highly satisfied with the items I bought at the Nov. 2 auction. traveling the hundred miles to the Auction house to pick up the merchandise was easy as well. I will very likely buy from again depending on the merchandise being offered.

Great Experience!
I had never bid on the internet, but the Arts and Crafts bookshelf was the perfect size. I nervously bid and won. I called the auction house and was given information on payment and shipping. Both of the employees were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The gentleman I spoke with in the shipping department gave me several options for shipping. The gentleman who delivered the bookshelf couldn't have been nicer. He texted me the day before and delivered the bookshelf and brought i into the house. He was just lovely. Every single person I spoke with during this purchase was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. What a pleasure to deal with! Every time I see my bookcase I think of all the nice people I dealt with.

Stay away from live auction shipping.
