Very professional and clear about payment and shipping.
I had never done an auction process. This was my first time and it proved to be very successful. The only thing that was a bit strange is it did not give helpful information about shipping. Perhaps I missed it on the invoice but it was ultimately resolved.

Beautiful Auction House-Beautiful Ring
I couldn't be happier with Bonhams. I have purchased items via their Paris team and Sydney team. My items were perfectly portrayed online and even more beautiful when I received them. Both times the buying, shipping and pick-up were very easy, and the team members were always professional. I will certainly be buying from Bonhams again.

Really happy with the international shipping
I was very happy with their international shipping. The agency that does their shipping had updates at every step along the way before the package is given to DHL. It was very reassuring given how international shipping can sometimes go. DHL as easy to track. Bonhams was what you expect and happy with service, but their shipping company was what will have me coming back as an international customer. (Item came from France)
