I have been very pleased with several past interactions with this auction house. However, my recent purchase was marred by inaccurate descriptions. To be fair, one problem was addressed when I picked up the item and an offer to pay for a replacement pane of glass was made. I plan on continuing to view these auctions, but verify information before bidding.

The product I received was exactly as listed and I'm very satisfied. I had some trouble organizing my shipping (ended up going with uShip for York-> Brooklyn and highly recommend) but Keystone was there to answer any and all questions, and helped me figure out how to best proceed. Would buy from them again!

This company needs better customer service. The piece arrived broken at the ankle and after writing, I was completely ignored. I was able to do the repair, but it cost me dearly in supplies. A return note regarding my experience would have been appreciated.

The Locomotive had damage that was not disclosed in the photos are in the description, making its value considerably less than I paid. Also the S & H For one single boxed train set was $70. Most auction houses are 1/2 that amount.

First and foremost, No judgement on shipping PRICE. Here are my details. I made a statement saying I was in no hurry and looking for reasonable shipping. This was my choice. USPS Ground Box was 10 "X12" X3 "and weight was 2 lbs. My Items were several jewelry pieces that cost me $154 after auction and taxes. Shipping cost was $47.24. I did not leave a bad review because I don't know the details on how shipping was done. These folks did help me out to take care of it so that's not a problem. I try to let folks like me out of town know what cost are and had no bad experience with this auction. I am just passing my story.

gold necklace had a knot in it-wasn't disclosed. shipping was kinda slow and communication was just ok. otherwise, items generally as described and I got what i paid for.
