gold necklace had a knot in it-wasn't disclosed. shipping was kinda slow and communication was just ok. otherwise, items generally as described and I got what i paid for.

Their customer service has always been bad, now it's horrible. I've bid with them for years, no more. They have feuds with their shippers which they made me very aware of. They have mostly poor lots with only a few valuable items worth bidding on. The lot that I accidently bid on was for something that should have never been listed. Absolutely worthless, I wouldn't have paid $5 at a flea market for it, very serious. High buyer's premiums as well. Be very careful here, I wouldn't recommend bothering with Keystone Auctions. I know I won't anymore.

Keystone was forced to ask for payment over the phone, but they handled it in a good way. They charged for shipping, but the shipping company tried to do it again. When pointed out, delivery was made very quickly. Fastest from any auction house so far. Most sellers/auction houses are good until there's a problem. I've an ongoing nightmare with another auction house. So, first when problems occur, you know if they really are good or not. Keystone passed the test... twice. Most auction houses don't.

I paid Keystone for the lot when asked to do so, then LiveAuctioneers would not ship my piece because I paid "off platform." This was a needless run-around and wasted a great deal of time.

I'll be as brief as possible about my disappointing experience with KEYSTONE AUCTION LLC Do not bid on ANY item until the ACTUAL shipping cost is determined. Here's why in a nutshell: My winning bid for a Matthew Lovein Wishkeeper (which did not include the base or the top portion, just the vessel) was $30. After the added taxes, etc. I paid around $45 total. Then I got hit with shipping costs! Im not going to waste my time looking back at EXACT cost to ship from east coast to California (because I have since unsubcribed from ALL online auctions because of this negative experience) was $272!! Mind you, I have won close to a dozen Wishkeepers-ranging in size from small to extremely large (3) and the most I paid was $150 to ship from Florida! I had a phone conversation with both parties handling my complaint, with KEYSTONE, I'm assuming, having the final say in what they would do in order to get my product shipped. The emailed response was the same price quote so I told them to keep the item because I no longer interested in dealing with them. I hope they enjoy this Wishkeeper-bought on my dime! Truly disheartening!!

My lot of buttons was described as "massive," and I bid accordingly. When the lot arrived, it was big, I would describe it as "large," but certainly not "massive."

Beautifully packed and quickest shipper of all time

I received completely TATTERED and unusable fur coat and shared the holes I found all over the piece with the team. They said they would refund me but I never recieved the refund. Completely unprofessional. They do not properly inspect their goods and FALSELY categorize the conditions of their products. BEWARE!

Keystone Auction LLC made the whole process easy and efficient. They were responsive, and when I called with a question, the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The shipper they recommended (Postal Connections) had fair rates, packed everything well, and my items actually arrived ahead of schedule. The shipper also kept me updated with tracking and clear communication. 10/10, would definitely use both again.
