Catalog auctions are ordered / lotted sales to include high resolution photos, full catalog descriptions, estimates, condition reports and expansive marketing to a global audience of millions of serious collectors and buyers. A catalog auction utilizes a multi-medium bidding & marketing platform through live / absentee Internet venues floor / on-site, absentee and live telephone. On-site estate consultations and sales: Manor provides on-site estate consultations to assist in the strategic planning in the evaluation, marketing and sale of the tangible assets within the estate. Each estate and situation is different, so likewise, each estate must have a tailored solution. An estate consultation will result in a powerful and effective approach that focuses on maximizing the value of each item within the estate.
