I explained to the lady on the phone that it was my first time doing this and she walked me through the process and how shipping works with great patience. I appreciate her kindness with what must have seemed like idiot questions to her.

Measurements are needed, particularly sizes when it comes to jewelery. Third party shipping is a rip off.

Price for item is ok, I will do bid with them in future because they find a good shipping company not over $50 for shipping from California to Toronto not like some auction house in New York that I have to paid for $70 for shipping. I will be thinking again and remember not to bid with those auction house.

They made the process very easy; registration, bidding, payment, and shipping. I found them very helpful every step of the way. Not every auction house is as customer friendly.

Their recommendation of UPS Store for shipping did not go too well. The UPS Store there was very unprofessional in how they handled the shipment. There was no contact with me for days after I asked them to do the shipping. I had to make phone calls and email them to see if they even picked up my lots from the auction house and even then they were slow to respond. I emailed Presley to see if my items were picked up but got no response from them. Not very nice.

Condition reports were requested on all lots we bid on. We specifically did not receive them on the ones where pieces were damaged. It was our mistake in bidding on them anyway assuming they were good since all other condition reports were good but it is deceitful and is lying by omission when they decide just not to respond to the condition report instead of stating the faults. Two lots we purchased had several damaged pieces which were obvious and should have been disclosed. We will not do business with them again as they cannot be trusted

shipping nor received yet (in transit). Don Presley personnel extremely friendly. Help to select best rate and packaging (thanks to Cathie). we spoke on phone more then once excellent service, she the one who selected best cost in saving for me. I will do business with Don Presley at any time without any concerns of quality merchandise

Auction house was great but the UPS Store that was supposed to pick up and ship was TERRIBLE. Took 10 days to ship out because the manager was out sick and no one else was capable of doing it. VERY frustrating. I probably will not shop with this auction house anymore due to the shipping situation.

On number 48 (champaign glasses) in the last auction of Don presleys Auctions I saw on the edge of the glass, what looks like a break in the glass. Therefore I asked a conditionreport. In the conditionreport they wrote me the glasses were excelent to mint condition. They were not. One glass witch look it had a break at the edge was allmost completely broken. Two other glasses had chips (old ones). I wrote to Don Presley Auctions I want to get a refund for three of the seven glasses. They said the glasses were perfect in the auction house, but they could see on the photos, I've send them, they were not. Then they send my "cleaned" e-mail to UPS. They want that UPS should paid the damage. I told UPS, that I donn't want to be member of such criminal activity. What should I do further. I also think Liveauctioneers has a responsibility in this question. If you want, I can send photos of the damaged glasses. Piet

Picked my item up so ahipping was not a concern. Love Don Presley Auctions, they are always very friendly and easy to deal with!
