Reliable company.

I buy for my antiques shop and for me personally. This was my first time with this auction house and every aspect of the experience went well. I had questions on one item and the staff was very helpful. I made a purchase, the payment went smoothly and the shipping was reasonaand fast. I was very happy and will enter another auction in the future. I highly recommend this auction house.

A1Auction was responsive snd extremely helpful to my concerns after the purchase. Unfortunately, A1Aucrion has partnered w Live Auctioneers for their sales and LA loads up winning bids with more fees than any other auction portal I have dealt with. This includes an additional $29 as an Additional Payment Premium. I will never bid on the Live Auctioneers platform again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

My painting arrived in good shape and was accurately described, which is good. They Seem to Favor their own Shipper, a little too highly and gave my items to them, though I had "Previously Named" another shipper. This caused delays and could cause damage to items, as more hands sometimes means more potential mistakes. Fortunately, after the delay of getting my painting to my approved shipper, I did finally receive it and in good shape. The shipping fees, were the highest I've paid, from "Anywhere" on the East Coast or European country, which is saying something, considering the fact, that we've bought/shipped hundreds of paintings, from these places. All in all, A-1 Auction seems to have quality items at decent prices, but when you factor in shipping, the savings evaporate. One final detail, is that I did try to contact "many other" shippers, in the surrounding area, including several Pakmail locations and "None" would pick up and ship items from auctions. Also a first, across America! I could ship from nearly "Every" state in the East, at over half of the cost. Period. Didn't expect this to be the case, in Orlando.

THEY WERE AWESOME WITH EXTREMELY LARGE SHIPMENT OF HUMMELS. PACKAGED TO PERFECTION WITH NOTHING DAMAGED OUT OF 90 FIGURINES.

Shipping costs are not included in winning an item. I ended up paying about 1/3 in addition to my winning bid for shipping. I will keep this in mind as I bid on a future auction item.

Communication was excellent. Product was packaged with care to assure no damage while in transit. Product was exactly as described and matched listing. Highly recommend this seller!
