Making purchase easy
Because of an issue on my end I had a slight issue with making payment. The gallery went out of their way to make The payment process as easy as possible. The entire purchase process was great as were all the staff at the gallery that assisted me

Auction houses conceal defects in merchandise
I auctioned a product in Artemission auction house. After receiving it, I found several cracks, which were not shown in the pictures of the auction house. I think this is a kind of dishonest behavior, after contacting the other party, the other party does not recognize the crack, do not deal with. Very obvious crack, unfortunately the comments section can not upload pictures.

So happy with my purchase!
Wow, just a great experience. I saw the pendant last minute and went for it without thinking much about international shipping. It was such a breeze and I had my package within a week or less. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Super collection for my interests.

Excellent Service with Free Shipping
This was my first purchase with Artemission. Their specialty is Antiquity and Ancient Artifacts. They provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. I also felt comfortable that the items offered in their auctions have been researched and are authentic. Free shipping is also very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

After reading online reviews I have asked for a certificate of authenticity before paying; I received a very rude email when I asked for this I would never deal with them again I am surprised they are on your service

These people were wonderful, my contact was with Patricia. My purchase got held up in San Francisco customs office (I have since found out that they are notorious for taking ages to clear packages) and Patricia emailed me and was in regular contact the entire time I waited for the package. When it arrived-the pieces were amazing. I highly recommend this auction house!

Additional information concerning the provenance of items offered for sale would be good, or, when none exist, it should be affirmitively indicate to potential buyers. In addition, when possible, they could provide certificates of authenticity, or, when none exist, this could also be indicated to potential buyers. Overall, the on-line auction was a very efficience process.
