Zeb and Carla, as officers of the corporation take their commitments to both client and customer seriously. Along with their son Josh, they feel they can effectively-yet economically market your assets. Entering the auction profession in 1994, Zeb immediately joined the Virginia Auctioneer�s Association. This organization provides continuous education for its members. To this day, all three of them represent Zeb B. Barfield, Inc. at both conventions each year to stay on top of auction marketing and customer/client satisfaction. In 1996, after competing against many auctioneers from all across the State of Virginia, Zeb was named The Virginia State Champion Auctioneer. A title that is well recognized across the state, difficult to obtain, sought after by many in the business, and The Shore�s first and only recipient. For the seller, we offer a turn-key service. Once we have an understanding of what the seller wants, and in what time frame, we provide all the resources to make it happen. We believe there is a distinct difference between simply selling your property than in MARKETING your property. We do that up-front preparation to insure the property brings its optimum price.
