The auction house recommended a shipper to hand-deliver my purchased items. The delivery process was slow, taking approximately four weeks. When the shipment arrived, the shipper delivered the wrong item. It then took several more weeks for the shipper to retrieve the incorrect item and deliver one of my actual items. I purchased these items in November 2025, and as of February 2026, delivery remains incomplete. After delivering that one item, the shipper became unresponsive. I have contacted the auction house multiple times seeking a resolution, but they have been unable to provide one. Their consistent response has been that they reached out to the shipper and that, because the shipper is a third-party contractor, they bear no responsibility — despite having recommended this shipper to me directly.

Excellent Experience 5 + Stars!
My first experience with these folks. They had good images and condition comments posted, they answered a pre-bid question quickly and accurately. They shipped in house for a very reasonable fee, they coordinated shipping with my schedule, packing was excellent. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Accurate description and photos, fast and reasonable shipping, what's not to love?
A large box arrived, within it was a horde of treasures very carefully packed. The carriage clock is a delight. It took a few hours of work to bring it back to life-but it's now ticking and bonding away in my den. It's a very high quality piece.. and adds to my collection! The vase and candleholders were for my wife-she was quite pleased with them, and the price was exceptionally good. She's happy so I'm happy (happy wife, happy life..) The pocket watch was sort of a whim-but I loved the case and face, and it makes a very nice watch to hang as a pendant on a necklace for my wife. Happy life again! An overall excellent experience, and excellent auction house!

Misrepresented item
Neely offered a partial refund for an item that was sold as a watercolor yet was found to be a poster print. Neely refused to reimburse for shipping. We will lose money since we have shipping both ways. We were duped and Neely will get away with it. We’re no longer using their services. Buyer beware. Live auctioneers wasn’t much help. Customer gets sent to the back of the line.
