Owners Responsiveness
When I received an invoice for shipping my Steiff Ltd. edition Bear and two composition dolls that was entirely too much, I called the owner and he had one of his staff in their shipping department to do the shipment for less than half the cost of the UPS store estimate. He was understanding and very professional, and saved me money on my purchases. Everything was received in a most timely manner and securely packed. A good auction with quality items!
