Liveauctionner’s shipping policy and add on charges makes a purchase more challenging and expensive. As a regular customer I have seen the transactions go from seamless to complicated with multiple phone call needed to complete the entire transaction. It gives me Cause for Pause to continue buying because in some instances the ancillary charges are almost exceeding the price of the item itself.

Easy to purchase and receive items.

The vase on which I bid successfully was very accurately described, and it is even finer in person that its photos indicated. Its aventurine glaze is truly dazzling in direct light, and this is something that photos find difficult to capture. The vase sold at a very fair price, and the auction house personally and carefully packed and shipped the vase to me almost immediately. I was amazed at how quickly it was in my hands! In addition, I had contacted the auction house with a couple of questions about the vase prior to the auction, and I received immediate, courteous, helpful replies with answers to my questions. I highly recommend this auction house without any hesitation whatsoever, and I hope to be able to transact business with them again in the future. Thank you for a perfect transaction!
