Selling REPRODUCTIONS as ANTIQUES. REFUSED to reply to emails so I had to FILE a Claim with PayPal.

I didn't receive invoice for shipping until after I paid the invoice for the item. They should be combined.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING WAS EXCELLANT. BUT..... THE ITEM WAS NOT WHAT IT WAS DISCRIBED TO BE. IT WAS NOT A CANNON RAMROD BUT A VERY LONG, HEAVY, OLD GRAIN OR BUTTER MASHER. THE PICTURES WHERE FEW AND POOR.

Finding my ongoing account information at your sight has been confusing. I would like one place that has all the info at hand and can be accessed easily. I may not realise how to make that happen on your sight.. Thanks.. Linda

The paypal option worked well until a couple recent auctions and then it didn't work at all. Kept getting an error. Auction house had to send me a Paypal request directly as opposed to sending through LiveAuctions. Shipping is not highlighted clearly as far as I've noticed. Had one instance where I had to arrange my own shipping which was not obvious until it was printed on the invoice. Worst experience on LiveAuction is bidding on a piece of artwork that, once received, was so clearly an artists forgery I felt stupid for buying it. The item description was conveniently worded to avoid any true claims. In hindsight, it was a total scam. Really taught me "buyer beware" and has tainted my trust of anything on LiveAction. Since this experience, I've noticed lots of blatant fake art and overvalued items on the site. Overall, there is some really nice items that appear. But because of bad experiences I hesitate. For the record, I am an avid on ebay andgunbroker.com

I made a special and purposeful call to this auction house to discuss shipping. I told them I was in no hurry for the item, and to ship as economically as possible, which they assured me they would do. The next morning my items arrived Fedex overnight express. The charge for $56.00 purchase to be shipped was $106.00. I am shocked, saddened, and totally dismayed with this ridiculous shipping charge, especially after I expressed that I did not wish it shipped in any expedient fashion that would increase the charge.
