Very snobby people!
Beautiful item! But was difficult to communicate and arrange a pick up. I've been buying 20 plus years on live auctioneers and this is my first time leaving a negative review. These people are very snobby!!! Never buying again from them!!!

Perhaps you are confusing us with another house. We had no problem rescheduling your shipper's first missed appointment and conveyed we were happy to allow more time if needed. We even texted directly with her. We allowed pickup well beyond the grace period and never charged you any storage fees. We helped her move heavy items she couldn't have managed alone (and she was alone). It would be great if you want to look back through our email thread-all messages were professional and friendly from your side and ours.

Beware their quality
Item I got fell apart before I even get it in the car. It was technically out of their warehouse so they make no promises. Worker just lowered door when he saw what happened. When I got home discovered it had been badly repaired and this probably would’ve been discovered if they’d done a proper inspection.
