Won a Rolex and it looked like I got a great deal from the appraisal posted with the item. But I was worried that it would not be either a real Rolex or something was wrong. So after I got the Rolex I took it to a Rolex jewelry company and they gave even a higher appraisal then what David posted!!! (David is the contact at auctionbarn) The watch is indeed a genuine Rolex and everything in the posted description was verified to be 100 % accurate. I contacted David on a few issues (nothing big). Not only did he help me with how to use a Rolex and wind it but also because he knew the importance of this, he gave me an additional item. You know what I did after I had such a positive experience with AuctionBarn and David? I bought ANOTHER Rolex! I know now that this is the real deal. I know in fact he is honest. I know my bid was indeed much lower than actual value. David will have me as a buyer for life. David... Thank you! Fred

Good people to work with. Could use more jewelry pictures on "real" people to get a true idea of the size. They are responsive to questions, one jewelry item did come without an appraisal, but it is not a big deal as the price is not over my insurance deductible. I will continue trusting in and using the auction to find items I really want, and it is fun!
