Great to deal with, Superb packing job!

I won the bid on January 5th... I haven't received the goods till now. The bidding cost and transportation cost have all been paid. Why haven't I received the goods yet? Nor have I received the transportation tracking number. I think I need an answer!

Slow to respond and slow shipping but items arrived and were as described.

This transaction went well. I received great service from Danny's and their shipper was totally outstanding-give out their name and phone number they are that good.

The auction was wonderful. The items were perfect! The shipping was over well over a $100. I order lots on many auction sites and never experience this type of price gauging. Any savings I received was lost in shipping. While the package did not have any damage. The packing materials were not extravagant to make the $120 + shipping price. It’s “supposed to be a 3rd party” shipper. I would find someone else to do the shipping because the they make the auction house look bad.

I had won a set of “Vintage Wood Golf Clubs”. I paid for the invoice and contacted a local shipper. Danny called me when he was preparing the set to be picked up for shipping and said he noticed the description was inaccurate and the clubs were actually a wood laminate over metal shafts. He offered to cancel or work out whatever we could both be happy with. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out and he immediately sent me a check for a full refund! He wanted to make sure the customer got what they thought they were getting and nothing less! Great guy, Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with! I would certainly do businesses with him again!

I will never deal with Danny’s auction again. No responds from them at all. Shipping suggesting contact with Jon at post office, again no responds. More important for Danny’s auction is just take a money with no help to buyer.

Danny's charged $10 handling to literally throw 100 year old medals into a medium size priority box with no pack materials. I am going through photos to see if the ribbons on the 40 plus medals were ruined in transit. The box arrived to my door looking like it was ran over since there was NO newspapers/peanuts filling the box to the top. There was one air bubble in there, but the volumn covered inside the box was maybe 50 %. If you pay $20 or $4000 for an item from Danny's I would pray that your item gets to you undamaged. Danny's could do better, I only wish that I could upload photos to this. They did not even try....

The one doll was totally repainted Not noted so this is not in good condition the other doll the eyes were out not noted in Description also measured wrong in height very disappointed
