Buyer Beware: Poor Quality
The riding crop should have been described as a children’s item. While the length was provided, the width was not and it is very narrow and fragile. As far as the metal, the discoloration is rust not tarnish.

Lehigh Valley Mailboxes that Tom Hall uses for shipping is a RIP OFF!!!!
I purchases an item that weights of all 3 oz (cocktail napkins) Lehigh Valley wanted to charge over $15.00. I called requesting alternative shipping and was told it would be $4.20.. then no invoice was sent, so I had to call again. I was again told the charge would be $4.20, when I got the invoice it was for $7.90 and they had the audacity to ask for a tip..... it’s not the money but the principle. I really feel taken advantage of a ripped off. I will not use Tom Hall again unless they change shippers...

I’m sorry your shipping experience was less than perfect. Unfortunatly we do not have an inhouse shipping department which leaves us only to use an outside shipper. We have been using LVMB for approx. 2 years and although nothing is ever perfect we have had much success with their services. We appreciate your participation in our auction and will keep your concerns in mind for the future. Thank you for your feedback.

The photos don't show you any flaws! Look and ask closely about any item
They were ok to deal with but shipping my item took forever. And what I got the pics they took, and when I got it I seen all the major flaws like the fan being taped together on a few blades and one being completely broken. Not very happy with my purchase!!!

I am a little confused by your review of the item description. This is what was listed and clearly indicates the damage to the fan. We also had numerous photos that showed the damage. Fan: carved wood Asian fan, has hand painted people with painted celluloid faces, on paper. Peacock feathers on ends, one feather is missing. Comes with wood lacquer storage box. 4 fan ribs are damaged. Fan opened measures 19 inches wide, not including the feathers. Box measures 15 inches long. Both sides are fully decorated. I apologize for the delay in the shipping and we will try to do better in the future. Thank you

Won a fifteen dollar item, thirty-seven dollars to ship., need an in in house shipping option.
Outside shippers are very expensive, no in house shipping.

Easy and fast
This was the most efficient and fast auction house I’ve ever dealt with in regard to payment and scheduling shipment. No calling shipping services or requesting quote, they just took care of it and sent a bill.

Good service, no complications, reasonable shipping cost
practical shipping.. no extra cardboard, styrofoam, or packing chips. We are trying to eliminate as much plastic as possible due to marine mammal deaths. I appreciate packing with minimal materials.
