There was not an option to pay the auction house directly. Had to pay a surcharge when paid through Live Auctioneers. Extra charge for no reason.

This particular auction house surpasses all of the other auction houses that I have purchased from, via Live Auctioneers. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. The pieces that I purchased, exceeded expectations.

I have asked for a simple answer on the "provenance" of the painting for insurance purpose and no answer has been received.

I am so grateful the auction house arranged shipping. The painting was excellently packed. Everything went very smoothly!

I would purchase so much more merchandise if the auction houses would handle all shipping arrangements, but at the buyers expense, of course.

I trust the description of the items. I think the prices are acceptable. I am not sure if the items are accurately dated according to the period. I thought the tables I bought were larger. However, they were wrapped well and delivered promptly. I need to be more observant about what I wish to purchase but the antique shop should be more detailed about the item.

In history: I bid and won the auction of two Chinese opium lamps presented as old. But I showed pictures of my two lots at a Parisian expert specializing in objects for opium. He assured me that they were copies. But very successful copies. Sold still currently on the Beijing market. I contacted the auction house in the reporting and stating that I did not want to make myself purchased two copies for $1, 000, while the description stated antic. the auction house told me that they were not copies (but without real conviction). We are certain that these are copies. I consider that the process is dishonest and unworthy of a sale auction house. When it is specified antic it is an object of more than 100 years old. Hi I buy many items from many action all over the world! And the let me pay on the phon by my debit card or credits cards! And I have been trying to pay and I spok to Mr hector and ask hem let me pay by Phon and he refused! That's not very professional! Regard Kam
