Very responsive to questions
FAAM responded very quickly to all of my questions about the piece prior to the auction, including sending additional photos. He made the shipping process a snap, and the piece arrived within days so you could tell that the process for the shipping company seamed well with FAAM. I am very pleased with my painting and would definitely bid again on a FAAM art auction.

No shipping available, only a few recommendations of outside firms, consultations with which, to date bear, disastrous results. Of three one was not attainable, another volunteered to collect the (small and not heavy) parcel, pack it and handle it over to FedEx in my name and at my expense for... over 200 ! So far I am stuck with the piece I paid for at over 4, 000miles from it.

Check was mailed within 5 days of purchase. After invoice have received no further communication as to shipping or even receipt of payment. While this was indeed a very insignificant purchase it confirmed my reservations about on line purchases other than familiar sellers. No more on line auctions for me. While check has not been cashed, have no info as to what is going on.
