During the preview period, I did write and ask about condition of item as damage was visible to the wood on the right corner. HOWEVER, they failed to reveal extensive damage and repairs to the marble top. The photo of the marble top they supplied makes it look to be in excellent condition. Also, very disappointed in lack of accommodation regarding the pickup. Not available on weekends and threatened to charge $10.00/day if not picked up by a certain time.

If you do not go with your inhouse shipping company, you have to call the auction house and request local shippers... this process should be automatic with the invoice email... inhouse is definitely more expensive...
