Wonderful experience
I bought multiple items and rented a truck to pickup myself. They were super helpful. Were I to do it again I’d ask for their recommendations on vehicle size as the truck I rented was way too big. Items were in even better condition than I expected. The guys that loaded the truck were experienced and did an outstanding job.

Pretty good experience. except expensive shipping
Shipping was a bit slow and very expensive. But well-packed and item was exactly as described, actually, even more beautiful, so I am happy.

Wish I had seen it in person before purchasing.
The piece was refinished and the smell of stain has not dissipated. The inside pieces all fell apart before I got it in the house and are impossible to puzzle back together. Two of the handles were missing screws which I didn't realize until I got home and they had swung back and forth and scratched up drawer front on both of them. Vickki and her team got in contact with me immediately and made things right. They were very accommodating and her follow through was much appreciated.

Gallery Auctions Provides an Outstanding Auction Experience
Gallery Auctions provides great descriptions and photographs of the items being auctioned. They are very responsive to our questions both before and after the auctions. They recommended several delivery services and Christian provides a timely and excellent delivery service which includes unpacking and setting the items into our home. Overall, Gallery Auctions provides an outstanding auction experience.

This is the shipping method you chose to use to ship your items. LiveAuctioneers is working with vetted and professional shipping services to help deliver your one-of-a-kind items hassle-free. They will pick up, package, and ship your item to the address provided at checkout. The average turnaround time is around 2-3 weeks for the item to be picked up, packaged, shipped, and delivered to you. Large items are subject to longer packing times.
