One of the best experiences I’ve had. Prompt answer super fast shipping.

Won the item at their auction, submitted payment through them directly the following day. Gave them my card information, they waited hours after our call to even run my card. Never received payment confirmation, nor did I receive a tracking number. Week later I have contacted them 4 times and have not gotten a response. Still haven’t received any update invoice or receipt and still haven’t got a tracking number when I paid them a week ago. It’s also hasn’t been updated on liveauctioneers that my payment has been made. Still says payment due. Running auctions and dealing with peoples money etc they should be handling stuff way better and communicating way better.

As discribed, very happy with my purchase

I didn’t like I could only give my payment information either by email or over the telephone. I also had to request shipping and fortunately they set it up for me even though which they don’t provide in-house shipping services. I also had to call several times and left messages to pay my bill. The shipping was expensive and took forever to get here, over a month. For me a secure way of payment is a must and in-house shipping is very important. Since they don’t offer these services, they should arrange with LiveAuctioneers to take care of those things.

They described the condition as excellent, in reality there is a chip to the mouth of the vase and the vase has been ground to conceal other damage/issues. No reply from them when I let them know.
