Excellent all round experience

The item came as expected. But after I received notice of my winning bid the fun began. Mailboxes Etc. was a poor choice. The cost of sending it to me in Florida was out of control. The charge was almost the cost of the item. I have had similar items sent to me from the UK at half the price. Other auction houses I have used had better shipping, mostly in house and far less expensive cost of shipping items from the UK and/or other countries in Europe.

Enjoyed the pleasant and effective staff. Helpful with every phase of item acquisition. Shipping fabulous too.

Handled everything expertly. Very impressed.

They are very, very careful about references in bidding. Had to send copies of drivers license and proof of residence. Possibly they have been burned and are hyper careful.

Would be much more inclined to buy online at auction, if Dreweatts provided their own in-house shipping and packing service. It's very difficult and messy to deal with an external mailing service.
