Larry from Platinum was fantastic. The item was exactly what was described and he was able to explain some of the pmnt and shipping options and kept me informed at each step of the process. New favorite auction house!!

Very poor experience with Platinum Auction Group via LiveAuctioneers. After payment was made, I was informed that ACH payments are subject to a 14-day hold before items are released for shipping. This policy was not disclosed anywhere in the auction listing, checkout process, or the auction house’s published Terms & Conditions. Funds left my bank immediately, yet both my money and my purchased jewelry are being held, pushing delivery to nearly three weeks. For high-value, time-sensitive purchases, this undisclosed delay is unacceptable and materially affects a buyer’s ability to use or resell their property. This is compounded by Platinum Auction Group’s 28 % buyer’s premium, which they claim is standard but is higher than most major auction houses, especially those that still accept credit cards and release items promptly. Between the undisclosed hold, inflated buyer’s premium, and slow, to no communication, this was a frustrating and non-transparent experience. I would not recommend Platinum Auction Group or LiveAuctioneers for serious buyers.

I could not have asked for better service from Larry, at the platinum auction group. When I contacted him about the peace, he could not have been more thorough or detailed about what I was going to bid on. I did get the item and I was overly pleased at the quality of what I received one of the best auction firms I have dealt with, and this was my second purchase through them. Would highly recommend buying anything from their auction.

I wanted small and dainty and they provided an accurate description of size and weight. It took a while to ship but I was in no hurry. They sent notification and tracking information. They are super cute and well made

Had never dealt with Platinum Auction House before and was a little leery as I had to open a special account to pay for the win. It took me a couple of tries as well as a phone call to Larry before I could set up payment. That said, once that matter was straightened out, I received the bracelet the Very Next Day. I was astonished! Both in the quickness of delivery and the item itself. The photos, as they say, did not do the piece justice. It is super beautiful and fits perfectly!

Commission & shipping charge was excessive for the ring. When I received ring that was rated as great condition it was in fact scratched excessively & the stone was loose & rattled. I had to take it to a jewelry store to fix adding additional cost to ring. Shipping charge was $75. Too much for a small ring under $1000.

I'm new at this. Owner helped get me through the process which had a glitch in it. I would recommend Platinum Auction Group.
