Transaction went smoothly supported by great communication & services & professional TPA's staff.

The shipping is pretty quick.

The item was described as having a shagreen scabbard which it was not. It was wood with a shagreen paint effect & very clearly so. There is absolutely no way it could be an honest mistake & clearly was intentionally deceptive in describing it as such, which is fraud any way you slice it. I returned the item citing the fraudulent description to receive a refund & never received any communication confirming that a refund was given. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this & learn if the refund was or was not given. My advice is to steer clear of this auction house if you want to be sure of dealing with an honest & responsible vendor.

In house shipping would put this auction house in my top 5. Too bad.

Everything seems to be ok but the 3 % or 1.5 % fee for credit card charged is not a very pleasure at all compare to the other Auction House. I wish this would be avoid for the future bidding because I already paid 27 % for the premium fee.
