I had a couple of questions about the auction and mailing process. Mannys got back to me with quick/concise answers. My purchase went exactly as I expected it to be, delivery went great. THANKS MANNYS!

Once again Mannys delivers.

Very nice but unable to assist me with bid on item that was inadvertent error. Time to cancel was running quickly and they had no idea what to do or what to tell me. Suggested I try liveauctioneers. Before I could even try liveauctioneers, cause Mannys could not help me, the bid went through! and I got stuck with an item, that I neither wanted, nor intended to buy. Lot of money to be out: $370 plus fees, taxes, commissions and shipping. Over $500.! It was not something that couldnt be righted, and it was something I was entitled to withdraw. The fact that the auction house could not help me is very upsetting and was a big expense to me. Still very upset about it. The auction houses should know how to help their clients/bidders. If this one did I would not have been prejudiced by this event. I thought at the very least they should have offered to cancel the sale, but no such offer was made.

This is the second item I have purchased and each time I received my item nicely packaged and it was exactly as it appeared on the website.

The process went well & gratefully quickly. All like clockwork.
