Very Cooperative
Purchased two items totaling over $8, 000. Had a friend visit to secure them for transport. My contracted shipper picked up the items a few days later. Millea Bros. was extremely cooperative with both and very easy to deal with. Both purchases were exactly as described and represented. I will definitely follow their future auctions for similar items.

Smooth and Easy
The auction process went smoothly. Although the item description was thorough, I did have a question. The Auction House responded promptly with an informative answer. I received my invoice within 24 hours after the auction closed; the item was quickly picked up by Liveauctioneers, securely packed, and shipped. The entire process could not have been easier or more professional.

Excellent experience with Millea Bros.
Bid on multiple pieces during the auction and won the Miro. The piece is as described, with the house being transparent with condition and responded in a timely manner before the auction when questions were asked. Shipping by LA was timely and packed very well for safe transit.

Shipping outside U. S
Bought 3 items and told me they cannot ship outside the U. S, I asked if they can resell the items and was declined. They just took my money and no help at all!! Avoid.

Authentic Iris Apfel Pieces
I am so pleased with my purchases, both on Live Auctioneers and through eBay, with the Millea Bros. The items came quickly and were packaged with care. I also really enjoyed the live auction, lots of side bar jokes that made for a fun watch.

They had great items in the auction.
Milea Brothers seems like an auction house that has great items and basically everything worked well. It was somewhat confusing as regarding payment as I wanted to change it but couldn't deal with it. Probably my fault. I did receive several emails from other staff after the fact. However I would say that I would work with them agin.

Arrived damaged
This is a joint review for the Millea Brothers auction house and Mailbox Store shipper: I purchased several rare fragile unframed drawings from Millea Brothers. I was shocked when ALL of them arrived damaged (torn) despite the fact they had been securely packaged for shipping purposes. I contacted the auction house and shipper. We all agreed the damage occurred due to negligent handling during the “pre-shipping phase” (i. e., after the auction photos were posted and before the items were packaged for shipping). I never did find out exactly who did the damage. I learned that the auction house had stacked the fragile drawings together; placed the stack within a single plastic sleeve; and transferred them to the shipper in that manner. I advised both parties to improve the way in which they protect items during the pre-shipping phase. For example, the handling damage/tears would most likely have been prevented by simply placing a piece of poster board on either side of the stacked fragile drawings. Millea Brothers and the Mailbox Store handled my complaint in a professional, respectful, and accountable manner. They apologized and allowed me to choose between two options: a full refund/return items or a partial refund/keep items.

An excellent auction house.
