I have been buying at auctions since 2013, so its always fun when a co. pops up that is new to me. I love eclectic sales as I can usually find a doll or porcelain/antique item at a reasonable price. This pair is a prop for my home Doll shop/studio and fits in beautifully with the doll related miniatures. It now contains beautiful vintage bouquets from 32 north perfectly scaled. Thanks!

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Payment was easy, and they helped us with setting up shipping, everything was safely shipped, received items very quickly, and safely packaged. Our items were in very good, to nearly new condition. We could not be happier with the entire process! Thank you again for everything!!:)

They hold items almost a month before sending to a shipping co. This has happened twice now. Its something they don't post on their site to warn you ahead. No other auction co does this in my experience. The Framingham Shipping Company they use as a referral is also a poor service. Delay in packing & shipping even for 1 item. Poor packing. Box was fine, they used materials in packing that caused damage to a main piece. I provided a label, & can't do claim because box is fine, the packing wasn't so it caused damage. I've bought from many auctions online for over 30 yrs. This one has very poor customer service.

This is one of those auction houses that says "look at the pictures closely" instead of honestly telling the condition of the item. Their shipper is inordinately expensive. I paid $60 for a doll tea set and $60 to have the tiny thing shipped only to have it arrive with a not to cleverly repaired spout on the pot.. In this condition it isn't ever worth their opening bids amount! And for $60 shipping I would expect each piece individually wrapped but no, they packed all 6 plates together loose in a bubble wrap bag! I will never purchase from them again. No wonder when I contacted their recommended shipper they told me they were no longer associated with Raia auctions. Now, neither am I. If you are smart you will avoid them altogether. I wish I had.

You can find PC and AG clothing and accessories, even some play sets. Everything is depicted so you know exactly what you are bidding on ahead of time. I like the variety and the fact that I can pick up at the seller’s location. Items have no odors or pet hair that you may find on other auction sites.

I have been doing RAIA Auctions for a while now and enjoy the American Girl Auction items! I find great quality finds and the purchase process is easy along with the setting up the shipping process! This auction had some Pleasant company Samantha items that are in great condition! Stockings and socks like new, school set complete! Books, music box to mention a few. Hair care sets are hard to get with this many items at such a good value. I was able to get 2 bitty baby items in a lot with Kit’s shoes. Newer items like Frosty Frills were just what I was searching for!!! Can’t wait for next auction.

I’ve found so many good quality American Girl items to add to my collection. They are just as described. Raia is very accommodating and punctual with my in person pickup.

That Raia Actions are fun and easy to search for the collectibles and great items you love. I had never done auctions before and Raia Auctioneers makes it easy to not only search for items but also bid and even use them to ship. The people are great and they are keep in contact with you through the whole process. The website is easy to use and very intuitive. I recommend this Auction site to newbies especially. They have great professionals and they are easily contacted for any help or information if needed.

I was very pleased with the auction and enjoy participating. I wish they would’ve put the angel in a plastic bag and then into her box. When I open the box the Angels feathers were severely damaged.
