They provided an accurate condition report, offered a convenient method of payment, provided shipping and packed the item I had bought with great care. I would not hesitate to bid at this auction house in the future.

I paid promptly over 1 month ago and have not received my won lot-I also paid the shipping I have yet to receive my lot I have sent messages to the auctioneer and they have not responded to my question as to where my items are and when I will receive them I hope live auctioneers can help me either get my items or a full refund Thanks Charlotte

Most importantly, I have not received the candle stick that i purchased in JULY! i contacted the auction house to find out the status. Shipping time was far greater than expected and communication was relatively poor. They offer great lots and they're a quality auction house, but they need more staff to support international shipping-the time to receive a mangiarotti table (which i paid many thousands for) was far too long-even though it was a complex piece of furniture to ship, and it was packed very well-it took a long time for the package to leave italy. the shipping time was NOT due to the shipper, but it was due to the auction house failing to get the table to the shipping company in a timely manner. I assume they will improve their process as time goes on.

Dear Sirs: I arranged to wire the money to the auction house and the transfer was made. I was told in an email that the house would be closed for the month of August and that no shipping would be possible until September. I've received no notification from the auction house acknowledging my wire transfer of the needful. I have not attempted to contact the house. You have never before asked me to answer a survey about an auction house which uses your platform. Your request that I answer the above questions gives me cause for concern. In any event, I am in no position to reply to any of the questions in the survey since I have had no dealings with the auction house since I paid for my lots. I would very much appreciate it if you could tell me if I should expect problems with this auction house. The auction house did not disclose prior to the auction that the delivery of the lots would be in suspension for a month. Sincerely, Richard
