Andre and his folks at the Stein Auction company are the best in the world at this niche collectables market. I have used them for decades, and their descriptions of their items for auction are always exactly right, they have the best selection, they answer all questions quickly, even if they have to call you to do so, a rare thing to get a real phone call from a real person not trying to sell you something but just to answer a question you may have. Prices are always fair, and the shipping is absolutely first rate and quick. Cannot say enough good things about them.

this stein was as described-truly a different type from the norm. The packaging/shipping was very well done, keep up the great work. if and when you decide to offer these and similar items NOT VIA AUCTION-but as direct purchase-at a reasonable price-NOTIFY ME to participate. I love German wedding cups.-but not Japanese knockoffs.

I have a tendency not to buy a lot from online auctions due to the shipping costs. I am sure some of you are like me. Buy a $100 item and it's $200 to ship. And yes I know size, weight, and destination make big differences. Well Stien Auction had some great rates on my purchase and well packaged. Thank you!!

Item has very noticeable like chip on bottom it may be a factory flaw it should of been disclosed

Wish they would allow credit card payment without the extra 4 %. Even charge for using PayPal.
