Great item with great value!

This auction house is the worst I have ever dealt with; after winning the item, I noticed more wear than described. I contacted the auction house and asked them to please relist the item, which I had already paid for; the item never left their shop, as you can see from the date this auction was held in February of 2024 it is now june and they have the item and my payment. A month ago, I reached out to inquire about the item and was informed that they do not hold auctions until they have a minimum of 300 items. I asked them to cancel my consignment and send me the bag. It is now June, and I have received nothing. This place is a scam.

So many things odd about the whole transaction, I'll spare the reader all but the most important details: 1. the item is listed as the PS1 Medium bag which has a specific measurement. This bag is the smaller model, slightly bigger than a clutch, of no use to me. They ignored me when I contacted them about this. No response whatsoever. 2. I paid for shipping, which they then told me would be courier service. Waited weeks, never got it. Since they were close, I then planned to pick up but was unable to. So again, I asked them to shop mind you-I had paid for shipping, and all this time they made no effort to ship the item. All told, they took several months to finally ship the item. The last time I called, I just asked them to ship, and the very unprofessional person on the phone kept yammering at me that they had left many voicemails and emails-not true, but clearly defensive because they had not shipped yet. This is very shameful conduct. But I wasn't even commenting on that-I just wanted them to agree to ship the item! Extremely unprofessional. I honestly wonder if the bag is a counterfeit now, with all things considered.

Great service, highly responsive, very knowledgeable, and I absolutely love the variety of antiquities they offer. I have ordered multiple times and always receive pieces just as described, packaged safely, shipped quickly, and arrive in perfect condition. I look forward to each and every auction... even though I don’t always have the winning bid
