Fast & Fabulous!!
I received my 2 hummels and diamond ring within a week! and packed well. I took the ring to my jeweler that day to be checked as Berners stated they could not verify if the diamond was real or lab grown. Well it is a natural. 47 carat diamond not 3/4 carats as stated in the description, but its a real diamond. The diamond was loose, so I am paying to have repaired and made to a size 7 1/2, so it will cost me $175 to have it corrected and changed. But the diamond is stunning and cut different than a marquis as its more of a 5 sided cut stone but brilliantly cut inside, and braced by 6 arms to keep it sturdy. No chips. The Hummels were in perfect shape and already in the curio cabinet with the others. Great auctions house!

My item arrived and looks exactly like it did in the photos. Shipping was fast. I absolutely love my pendant and have worn it several times already. I definitely recommend and would buy from this auction house again!

Excellent customer service & in-house shipping
This was my first experience with Berner’s Antique Auction. I’ve been on LiveAuctioneers for years just never had the opportunity to purchase from Berner’s before now. But let me tell you, they have a great customer service department for answering questions and their in-house shipping service is white glove in my eyes. Not only did they listen to my needs when talking about shipping my winning lot but my item was wrapped extremely well and I received it very quickly. AAA + service all around! Thanks Berner’s for restoring my faith in the independent auction house again!

All that sparkles is gold … 🥰
Today I received my gold rope necklace. It came even better than pictured!! It was cleaned, shiny and packaged perfectly and was here within a week. Who could ask for anything more? Berners offers a great array of items. They are diligent in getting the items packed and shipped in a timely fashion and I am very happy with every auction I’ve entered and won with them. Just a great place to do business!!

Interesting lots
Today I received my gold vermeil bracelet and white gold ring. I cleaned the bracelet but it does not securely close, it pops open easily, so I’ll need to take it to my jeweler to see if he can do something with it. I cleaned the ring in my ionic jewelry cleaner. It’s stunning.. I just don’t know what the stones in it are, so that too will have to go to the jeweler and get checked. It’s so clear that it must be moissanite or lab diamonds. I wish they were diamonds but sadly I can see they are not with how clear they are. But the items came quickly and were packaged perfectly.

Pristine items
I received my German vase, pendant and bottle of perfume. The vase is stunning!! The perfume was kinda hard getting the lid off but smells devine! And the pendant is interesting. I did ask the shippers to not overpack the items, but it came in a way to big box for the items. The vase was wrapped in 8 inches thick bubble wrap all around it, the perfume bottle was wrapped in 4 inch thick bubble wrap and the pendant was in a padded envelope surrounded by bubble wrap. That really was totally unnecessary and why the cost to ship was outrageous. This really is what makes me think twice about bidding on anything. You may get a freak deal on the item, but the shippers rip your eye balls out in over packing to drive the shipping costs through the roof.
