I bid in many galleries for years and I thought every aspect working with you was excellent. the precolumbian piece I purchased was described correctly and I was well please and I was well pleased. I will bid again.

It was interesting in that I bought my lot by mistake. I had the auction open and I had the phone on my leg to check the progress. I was waiting for a later lot and when I picked the phone up to see which lot was up I saw my bid was received! As the lot I won by mistake was $500 I did not bid on my lot as I wasn't intending to spend that much. I decided the lot was okay so I did not address it with the gallary, but ideally there should be a watch only mode. I expect no response as I think the search is incorrect and I got no response when I asked about that (nazi ring search on the phone returns all nazi and all ring not the subset of both). Long story short I feel the app is good but flawed and I see no effort to fix it. Seller was good but process has flaws. I blame the app and not the seller, although user error was obviously a factor in this too.

I was sent the wrong item. I paid the shipping myself and shipped it back a week ago and have heard nothing back. I have paid for the item I purchased on the auction and the shipping, and I do not have it as of this date.

The first items I ordered were what I expected and arrived on time after I paid with a money order. When they had the auction on Nov. 16, I bid on 5 items and was told I had won on 4. I sent them the money order to pay for the items plus shipping in the amount of $198 on 11/23/15 and have still not received any of the items. I have emailed and called to see if they had been shipped and, If so, when, but they have not replied to either of my contacts. I
