Apparently, you can only bid through their company & not LIVE AUCTIONS, because they blame problems on others and make no attempt to “make it right”. Not the way I do business.

J ai achet é un mannequin qui a un doigt cass é et manquant alors que cela n é tait pas du tout é crit dans la description et on ne pouvait le distinguer sur les photos car celui ci é tait cach é avec un chiffon. J ai é crit au service apr è s vente qui d une mauvaise foie total. Totalement inacceptable de la part d une maison d ench è res comme la v ô tre.

They don't control what price you pay for what you won. After auction, their service to send it to you is pretty quick and they don't gouge you on finial shipping cost like some others.

this place ripped me off item doesnt work/keys missing//not described properly/shipping cost screw job-not fair extra charges/not happy contacted them nobody called me back/they know they screwed me/terrible terrible auction house deal with others they are great not these guys/never again
