Above and Beyond
There was a problem with the shipping company NOT THE AUCTION HOUSE. quite the opposite the Auction house went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with the shipping service to ensure I was satisfied. This kind of customer service is rare in todays world. Thank you AAA Auction Service for your awesome commitment to customer service and going above and beyond to make sure a customer is completely satisfied. I will not hesitate whenever I see AAA Auction Service is the Auction house.

Truth in Advertising
The item was listed as 14k. When it arrived it was noted to be stamped 12k. When tested: 14k. How often is the description more accurate than the stamp? Thank you very much.

Excellent Experience
I am happy to share that I had an excellent experience purchasing several Waterford items from AAA Auction Service. All items arrived as described and photographed; in fact, I was delighted to have received the original boxes for * all * items, many with original tags and stickers. The items were packed carefully for shipping, and the shipping charge was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend AAA Auction Service, and I look forward to purchasing more items from them in the future.

I finally found your email in my spam folder. I don't think one email is sufficient if no one is responding how about you pick up a phone. I don't appreciate people rating me on shipping charges. You need to call UPS, Usps or FedEx and start complaining about the rates. I give people three options. You can use our in-house service which is the cheapest, use Pack mail which is down the road from us and we will take it there for free or you can provide us a label of your own. You must have also missed the shipping disclaimer that the cost of shipping has gone up significantly and it is outrageous please do not bid if you are concerned about shipping rates.

Great auction experience!
AAA Auction Service was easy to work with. The item photos were sharp and descriptive. In-house shipping is always a plus, and the shipping and handling costs were reasonable. The box arrived battered, but both the doll and the chalkware cat were well-packed and undamaged. I am looking forward to another auction with AAA Auction!
