Bad communication
They do not answer questions in emails and they do not answer the phone during business hours or return calls. They said they take credit cards for shipping payment but I could never communicate with them to give them the number. So I had to pay another $50. bank transfer fee for a $100 shipping bill. Also they will not insure shipments even if you pay extra. Not a good experience.

A one time estate auction where I got a bucket list doll!
I bought this doll as it was on a years long bucket list. Don't recall if there were payment issues but I know buying from overseas is generally a pain with having to often WIRE money. But she arrived safely and is a prize in the doll room.

Ease in auction and such lovely dolls
I was very pleased with everything. This doll auction had such a wonderful offering of all types of antique dolls. They were presented and described to give confidence on the quality. I bought four and am delighted with each one with everything just as described. Shipping was professional with each doll double boxed making the international shipping safe and secure. I intend to watch for their future doll auctions and highly recommend them.
