Best wrapping ever

My second time with this auction house. Went just as smoothly as the first.

I purchased a painting, and the condition of the painting exceeded my expectations (by a lot!). I had to call in because the 3rd part shipper was taking a long time to arrange for a pickup. The John Moran rep was friendly and helped me to get in touch with the shipper. It took the shipper very long to actually get the item to me, but the quality and care of the packaging was best in class! Overall, I am VERY pleased with this purchase and would recommend this auction house to everyone.

I was very pleased overall with the professionalism of John Moran auctions. I would have liked more and better pictures of the item on the website. I gave four stars with regard to that point.

Curated item as described, extremely quick shipping, careful packaging with LiveAuctioneers third party packer, and I would buy from again.

Despite having the full payment and the signed release document, they refused to release the lot to my shipper on 3 occasions. I was not made aware of that until I followed up with my shipper. Due to this delay, I will receive my item almost a month after the auction company had everything they needed.

This auction house is focused on ensuring a positive experience. Item was as described, and representatives responded quickly to my questions. I've had an unfortunate experience with the packing company (NOT J. Moran's fault at all) yet the auction's customer service rep went above and beyond to try to assist with the shipping concerns. I would highly recommend this auction house and hope to bid again with them in the future. Top-notch reputable auction house!

I purchased a Renaissance Revival Hall Tree from John Moran. I called the next business day after the auction to discuss the pick-up of the furniture and was treated very professionally and was helped with ease. My transportation company was able to retrieve this Hall Tree with no issues and was delivered to me as it looked in the auction photos. I would certainly do business with them again and have recommended friends to watch their future auctions.

Really appreciated my experience with John Moran this time. A new local delivery service arrange through the auction house made the whole process seamless and easy.

Through no fault of the auctioneer this piece was first lost and then damaged in shipment. The shipping was arranged by Live Auctioneers new program with The Packengers and it was disastrous! I can only recommend to those thinking of using this service not to if you want the piece you purchase to arrive and be in good condition.
