I love this house so much and have purchased quite a lot from them. The auctions are well run (you know those houses that go too fast or too slow!) and they have a beautiful collection of items. The only problem is they always have way too many things that I want. At every auction! Oh they also do mystery boxes which I haven’t gotten yet but hope to win some day!

They have some pretty pieces at decent prices, however the commission rate is exorbitant, and thus makes the transaction much less appealing.

I tried multiple times to communicate with the Gallery via phone and email, never got a response from them. Shipping cost could have avoid since I live few minutes away.

The watch I bought was great, but I feel that I overbid based the independent appraisal value of up to $18, 000. The actual value of this watch is under $10, 000. I will be more careful with any future bids.

WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS CLEARLY 2 METALS WHICH WERE NOT OBVIOUS IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND ETHICALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED AS SUCH. ADDITIONALLY THE STERLING JADE PART WAS FALLING APART AS WELL AS THE PIN BROKEN... SOLD FOR SCRAP
