The email contact was very polite and efficient. Shipping/handling was very expensive given that the purchased clothes were more or less just tossed into the package and will need thorough ironing.

I found the description and photo of one item to be almost deceptive, resulting in extreme overpayment. Delivery tools weeks before shipment even occurred. I received a very condescending response from the auction house when I inquired about the length of time it was taking for shipment. Final assessment-I will not bid on anything from this auction house again.

Yes was told that the lot was going to be posted last week we both live in the UK still no sign of my lot is there any way to get my money sent back to me thanks

I have been both a buyer and a seller with this auction house and all dealings were as promised.
