I requested additional photos of several items and they not only provided the specific photos I requested but additional ones which was most helpful. I had also contacted them pertaining to shippers they would recommend if I "won" any of the items I has inquired about. The shipper they recommended was most helpful and packed my items in a manner to insure safe arrival
