⸻ I recently purchased the 14kt white gold Emerald ring with diamonds from Fortuna Auction, and overall, I’m very pleased. The pictures online were an accurate representation of the ring, and it truly looks beautiful in person. The size fits perfectly, which was a major plus. While I personally would have preferred a Colombian emerald, the quality of the stone and the craftsmanship of the ring are excellent. Fortuna Auction made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable — I’d definitely consider them for future purchases!

Product was great, but when it came to shipping, there was opportunity. Overall they get 4 stars due to the excellent product.

I have now bought (5) pieces of jewelry from Fortuna. They make the process extremely easy for me, including the fact they ship the jewelry themselves. This takes the security concern out of the way, and reduces shipping costs (I don't have to worry about the insurance... they cover it). All of the pieces have been exactly as described, and pictured. Love doing business with them!

Purchasing from Fortuna has a certain confidence-in my experience, the items will be as described and meet or beat your expectations. When I purchase jewelery from this house and immediately have it viewed and assessed by my GIA consultant, I am never displeased. Bid with confidence and they will gladly sent additional photos or videos upon request. But don’t wait to ask at the last minute! Auction days are crazy!

The watch that I bought from Fortuna isn't running properly despite their Item Description stating that "Movement running at time of cataloging." Now, Fortuna is covering themselves by pointing to the caveat in their description that says "service is recommended to address broken dial feet." They are conveniently telling me that the problem is now mine after a $1900 purchase. Moreover, and most troubling for the LiveAuctioneers platform, Fortuna tells me that "All responsibility lies with bidders and buyers for performing their own in-person inspection." What? The whole value proposition of Live Auctioneers is that you connect buyers with auction houses around the world. If my only assurance that I'll receive what I think I'm paying for is an in-person inspection, then Live Auctioneers offers no value to its bidders. Lastly, I've never had a poor experience with any of the other many items I've purchased on this platform. This experience ruins that perception.
