Item descriptions are VERY incomplete. You MUST ask questions and WAIT for the answers which are SLOW incoming back or else you'll be "Snake Bit"

Overall no complaint about post auction processing, fast shipping and good customer service. The only complaint-descriptions of firearms could be better and more detailed. The way images of firearms are taken rather obscure imperfections and avoid typical problematic areas, like front and back strap. Also, images should have been much brighter.

I've purchased twice from Old Barn Auctions and both times my questions were answered. Both times the guns were extremely well packaged. It's like my neighbor said "Quality is remembered after price is forgotten".

This was a perfect transaction. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic. The packaging was far better than I could've hoped for. It arrived looking as good or better than the pictures. I am 100 + % satisfied. And I feel I got a great deal!!!

I purchased an Indian belt. I wanted more info about it so I asked them. They had no information other than it had come from another auctioneer. It seems they could have contacted this person to learn more or should have known about it prior to the sale.

Buying items at Old Barn staff for more than a year now, I've always been pleased with their help and smoothness in processing a sale-whether I've been bidding on-site or bidding on-line. I especially like that they do their own packing and shipping-packages have always been in good shape with items very well wrapped.

Purchase and payment went fine. Shipping was inexpensive. Unfortunately two of the items arrived badly damaged, the heads of the figures broken in many pieces. In my opinion the items were poorly packaged, with no structural support (e. g., double boxing, dividers) to keep things from being smashed. After contacting Old Barn my money was promptly refunded. Overall a disappointing experience.

I won three lots. One of the lots received was incomplete, meaning I did not receive all that I paid for and was promised. I reached out to the Auction House and they said they would look for the missing item. Quite a bit of time went by so I reached out to them again to inquire about an update. They said that is was lost or misplaced. It’s very clear they did not care. They did not take any initiative to reach out to me after being aware of the problem. They never apologized. They never offered a solution. They just said it’s lost, goodbye. I am very displeased. It was a very unpleasant exchange with me feeling taken advantage of. I expect compensation for only receiving half of what I paid for.

Good but no mentions on conditions or clocks are working or not and poor wraps on clocks as were hour and minute hands were smash and bend in shipment next time I would not bid clocks without mention or working or not as none as unknown to me
