Misrepresentation of an ammo lot with no pictures
Extremely disappointed in the minimal description of a lot of 223 ammo and the fact that it contained 2 half boxes that were represented as full.

Good morning Robert. I wish you had given us a chance to fix this before posting a review like this. I assure you this error was not intentional and we are just talking about a few rounds of ammo, it's not like it would be a big benefit to anyone to do that intentionally. Anyway, since we made this error, please call the office at ********** and we will be happy to refund you for the two partial boxes of ammo, and you are more than welcome to keep the two partial boxes to make a full box. I've participated in many A & S auctions and have always come away as a very satisfied customer. Consistently present high quality items in their auctions. One thing in particular that sets them apart from many other auction houses I have delt with in the past is how quickly they get the items I've won to me once I have paid. Never received my order.
I promptly paid for the Case knife from this auction company. I called to set up shipping. They never got back with me. My husband called. He was told that the UPS store would handle shipping and we would be contacted. We have emailed. Left messages through live auctioneer site, called. We have not received any response and have not still ever received our order. Yet, the auction company has charged my credit card over 500.00. I don’t recommend doing business with them at all and will be contacting legal counsel on this matter to get my money reimbursed.

Great Auction House
Once again, A & S Antique Auction Co. did a superb job in conducting their auction of Western memorabilia. Their printed catalog clearly pictured and described the items for sale. I participated on line so was not able to observe the actual auction process, but it seemed to go smoothly and expeditiously. I was notified promptly of my winning bids and the corresponding invoice. Once I paid, the items were packaged and shipped without delay. Couldn't ask for better service.

Awesome, and always are!
I've worked with A & S numerous times, now, and have yet to experience anything negative with my experience, whether it was the auction via internet, payment, and picking up my items. I always make sure to tell the A & S crew how good they are and how much it's appreciated. Hands down, my favorite auction house!
