A pleasure to deal with.

I promptly paid for the Case knife from this auction company. I called to set up shipping. They never got back with me. My husband called. He was told that the UPS store would handle shipping and we would be contacted. We have emailed. Left messages through live auctioneer site, called. We have not received any response and have not still ever received our order. Yet, the auction company has charged my credit card over 500.00. I don’t recommend doing business with them at all and will be contacting legal counsel on this matter to get my money reimbursed.

I have participated in numerous auctions conducted by A & S Antique Auction Co. and have always had a very positive experience. This time was no different. From start to finish everything went as smooth as silk. Can't ask for more.

Once again, A & S Antique Auction Co. did a superb job in conducting their auction of Western memorabilia. Their printed catalog clearly pictured and described the items for sale. I participated on line so was not able to observe the actual auction process, but it seemed to go smoothly and expeditiously. I was notified promptly of my winning bids and the corresponding invoice. Once I paid, the items were packaged and shipped without delay. Couldn't ask for better service.

Shipping took awhile. Reasonable buyers premium at 15 %.

I've worked with A & S numerous times, now, and have yet to experience anything negative with my experience, whether it was the auction via internet, payment, and picking up my items. I always make sure to tell the A & S crew how good they are and how much it's appreciated. Hands down, my favorite auction house!

Always look forward to A & S auctions. Typically have nice selection of Western bits and spurs plus firearms. Friendly, responsive staff. A pleasure to deal with.

Once again, I had a very positive experience with the A & S Auction Company. Very smooth transaction from start to finish. I have only a very minor complaint concerning the description of these Crockett spurs. Once I received them I noted that at one time the spurs had been nickel plated. Don't know if that was done at the factory or later on. Only traces of the nickel are remaining. Honestly, if I had known this beforehand, I may not have bid on them. Other than that I am satisfied with them.
