Awesome Experience
I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from Prestige auction and I couldn’t be more excited when I received it. The complete transaction was worry-free. Excellent Customer Service and Professional Handling
I had a very positive experience with Prestige Auction Galleries. The item I purchased unfortunately arrived with a damaged stone, but their team handled the situation in a very professional and responsible manner. After informing them, they promptly arranged to have the stone replaced and sent the piece back to me in excellent condition. Their communication was clear and the entire process was handled smoothly. I truly appreciate their willingness to stand behind the item and make sure everything was resolved properly. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would feel comfortable buying from them again.
