I have yet to receive items I paid for on August 18th. I have called twice and emailed No response yet. This is very disappointing

I have not received my item yet. but more concerning is that they have not yet responded to my last 2 emails asking for a status update. I am sure there is nothing to worry about as it was a low dollar item and I have successfully purchased from them before.
