Customer was offered a refund but they chose not to send the item back. The customer stated that we listed an older Pok é mon card as a holo instead of a reverse holo which we could not confirm because they did not send it back for a refund. Card was purchased for $14 and sells for $80 consistently online. All we could do was offer a refund if we made a mistake on the holo/reverse holo title. Customer was not very friendly from the start.

We even added over $300 free sterling silver jewelry and a one gallon bag of vintage and antique jewelry to the buyers order as a free gift. Sometimes people are not pleased no matter how above and beyond you go.
