Nice people always there to help with any questions

Called their shipper UPS to tell them the item was shipped to the wrong address. They offered zero assistance other than to blame it on Kavanaugh. Called Kavanaugh and no response still to this day. Neither the shipper nor the auctioneer verified or checked the address associated with the Credit Card. After a week I was able to track the parcel down and retrieve it from the wrong address. Pretty disappointing to say the least

I had the distinct impression they genuinely cared about all aspects of the transaction. I live in Chicago and they went out of their way to get my chandelier delivered to my home. Head and shoulders above the rest!
